Terms
The following terms are standard for all products. For specific terms and decorating information by product, please refer to the individual product pages.
Payment Terms: Net 30 days upon credit approval. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge. First orders, custom orders and large orders may require a deposit or prepayment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and company checks.
Shipping: We will use the method of best discretion unless otherwise specified on purchase order. All shipments requiring expedited services (Next Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day) must be billed 3rd Party on customer’s shipper account. Same day shipping is not always available (even for samples and blank product). Call for availability and lead-times.
Special services such as drop-shipping, palletizing, residential delivery, inside delivery, etc. are available upon request and are subject to additional surcharges and lead-time.
For all international shipments, customers must provide a freight broker. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokers’ fees. Because of contractual agreements with some of our brands, not all products are available for international shipping. Call for availability.
Customer is responsible for all transportation risks including the filing, if necessary, of any claims for loss or damage. M2 cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters.
Samples: Samples are available at the first column price. All samples are non-returnable and non-refundable. All samples require payment in full prior to shipping. Same day shipping is not always available (even for samples and blank product). Call for availability and lead-times.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled with written factory authorization prior to imprinting or production. M2 will invoice for all parts and labor used prior to the cancellation date.
Returns: Only non-imprinted merchandise in its original factory cartons, which is subject to a 20% restocking charge, will be accepted. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper credit and must be received at the factory within 30 days of receipt of order.
Other: Inventory levels fluctuate and items get discontinued from time to time. Please call for up to date inventory status. Please use model number and description when inquiring about and ordering all products. Pricing subject to change without notice.
